Directions:

Route 1 Heading South:
Take the US-1 SOUTH ramp towards BOSTON/TOBIN BRIDGE, Merge on US-1 SOUTH and take the I-93 NORTH exit towards CHARLESTOWN at the end of the ramp turn Left on NEW RUTHERFORD AVE and get all the way over to the right hand lane. Turn Right on AUSTIN ST and turn right on MAIN ST. Follow Main Street to Monument Ave and take a left. At the next intersection take a left again onto Warren Street and follow down to One Thompson Square. Enter the set of doors on the left and we are located on the 3rd floor, suite 302.

From Route 90 Heading East:
Follow Route 90 to 93N, and then follow directions below from Route 93S Heading North (see below).

From Route 93S Heading South:
Take the MYSTIC AVE exit towards CHARLESTOWN/SULLIVAN SQ, exit #28. Follow signs towards Charlestown/Sullivan Square. Once you come to a rotary/light (due to the construction it doesn't really look like a rotary anymore), try to be in the middle lane. At the light, you'll see Cambridge Street to the right, take the 2nd exit off the rotary, which is straight in front of you at the light, if you pass the Schraffs building you missed Rutherford Ave exit on the rotary. Rutherford Ave doesn't have a street sign, but you'll see a detour signs for Rt 1 North. You'll pass the Hood Business Park on your right, stay to the right, Bunker Hill Community College will be on your right, Go up the ramp and at the light take a left onto Austin Street and then a right onto Main Street. Follow Main Street to Monument Ave and take a left. At the next intersection take a left again onto Warren Street and follow down to One Thompson Square. Enter the set of doors on the left and we are located on the 3rd floor, suite 302.

From Route 93N Heading North:
Take the GOVERNMENT CENTER exit in Boston's new tunnel and when you come out onto street level you will notice that the road splits with two signs. To the left is Government Center and Aquarium, but to the right is North Station and the North End. GO RIGHT. Then, due to ongoing construction being done at the time of this document update (May 2005), the road curves a bit and puts you onto Cross Street. This road has the North End on its right but you may be in a lane created by concrete barriers. Follow this and you will reach North Washington Street also known as Joe Tecce Way. Do NOT go off to the left when you see another Government Center sign heading off in that direction. Stay straight, toward the Old iron Washington Street Bridge. Once you go over the WASHINGTON BRIDGE get into the far right lane and take a right onto CHELSEA STREET, get into the left lane and take the next left onto WARREN STREET and follow down to One Thompson Square. Enter the set of doors on the left and we are located on the 3rd floor, suite 302.

OR:
Follow Rte 93 onto the Zakum Bridge and take the exit towards CHARLESTOWN/SULLIVAN SQ, exit #28. Now you are following the same basic directions as would people coming from the north… Follow signs towards Charlestown/Sullivan Square. Once you come to a rotary/light (due to the construction it doesn't really look like a rotary anymore), try to be in the middle lane. From Cambridge/Boston:
Take the CHARLESTOWN AVE/JOHN F GILMORE BRG. Continue on PRISON POINT BRG and then onto AUSTIN ST. Turn Right on MAIN ST. Follow Main Street to Monument Ave and take a left. At the next intersection take a left again onto Warren Street and follow down to One Thompson Square. Enter the set of doors on the left and we are located on the 3rd floor, suite 302.

NOTE: If traveling in from the Somerville area, note that Washington Street turns into Cambridge Street and enters the rotary listed in the above directions used for those heading through Sullivan Square.

Parking:
In front of One Thompson Square there is 2 hour parking when available. Otherwise there is plenty of parking in the strip mall on Austin Street before you come to Main Street on the left hand side of the road. Do not park long-term in the Store 24 Lot. Tickets are given out to those who stay beyond any posted limits and are the sole responsibility of the driver.

Leaving CM Access heading to 93 South:

1: Start out going SOUTHEAST on MAIN ST until you reach Henley Street on the left.
2: Turn LEFT onto HENLEY ST.
3: Turn RIGHT onto CHELSEA ST.
4: Turn LEFT onto NEW RUTHERFORD AVE/MA-99 S. Continue to follow MA-99 S.
5a: You can get onto 93 South if you look across the street for the entrance sign
OR:
5b: Go STRAIGHT (SLIGHT RIGHT) onto N WASHINGTON ST. (JOE TECCE WAY) and continue to follow N WASHINGTON ST. until you reach construction with concrete barriers that merge you toward the tunnel entry ramps ahead.
6: Merge onto I-93 S/US-1 S/MA-3 S via the ramp and unless you are headed to Logan Airport, get to the right as soon as you drive into the tunnel.

Leaving CM Access heading to 93 North:

1. Turn LEFT onto AUSTIN ST. Follow to the 99 Restaurant.
2. Turn RIGHT onto NEW RUTHERFORD AVE/MA-99 N. Continue to follow MA-99 N.
3: Stay STRAIGHT to go onto RUTHERFORD AVE.
4: Enter next roundabout and take 4th exit onto MAIN ST.
5: MAIN ST becomes MYSTIC AVE.
6: Merge onto I-93 N toward LAWRENCE.

Traveling on the T:
Take the Orange line to Community College. At Community College take the footbridge over Rutherford Avenue towards the 99 Restaurant. Walk through the parking lot around the 99 Restaurant towards the Citizens Bank. Proceed through the passageway between the buildings; you'll be diagonally across from our building. It is the tallest building in the square with green awnings. Enter the set of doors on the left and we are located on the 3rd floor, suite 302.
