Here’s how the CM Access referral program works.

Simply refer experienced marketing, creative and interactive talent to CM Access. If we place the person in a position and they work the required number of hours, we’ll pay you a bonus.

For contract or temporary positions, you will receive:

$150 after your referral has 160 hours on the job, and an additional
$150 after they have 260 hours on the job.

For fulltime positions, you will receive:

$500 after your referral has 60 days on the job.
